H.R. 6108 — "To provide for partnerships among State and local governments, regional entities, and the private sector to preserve, conserve, and enhance the visitor experience at nationally significant battlefields of the American Revolution, War of 1812, and Civil War, and for other purposes."

Mr. Bishop (UT) moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill, as amended. H.R. 5513 — "To provide for an exchange of lands with San Bernardino County, California, to enhance management of lands within the San Bernardino National Forest, and for other purposes."

The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 10, 2018, at 10:24 a.m.: that the Senate passed S. 7, S. 1942, S. 2276, S. 2343, S. 2597, S. 3119, H.R. 315, and that the Senate passed H.R. 2454 and H.R. 5075 with an amendment.

The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 6, 2018, at 1:28 p.m.: that the Senate passed S. 2679, S. 3561, H.J. Res. 143, H.R. 1417, H.R. 1861, H.R. 3398, H.R. 4111, H.R. 5238 and H.R. 6330.
