Mr. Estes (KS) moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill, as amended. S. 943 — "To direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct an accurate comprehensive student count for the purposes of calculating formula allocations for programs under the Johnson-O'Malley Act, and for other purposes."

The Speaker announced that votes on suspensions, if ordered, will be postponed until a time to be announced.
