The Speaker announced that the House do now adjourn pursuant to section 3(b) of H. Res. 670. The next meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on December 29, 2017.

A bill to extend the period during which vessels that are shorter than 79 feet in length and fishing vessels are not required to have a permit for discharges incidental to the normal operation of the vessel. (12/22/2017 legislative day)

The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 21, 2017, at 7:23 p.m.: that the Senate had agreed to the House of Representatives amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R. 1370.

The Speaker announced that the House do now adjourn pursuant to section 3(b) of H. Res. 670. The next meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on December 26, 2017.
