MORNING-HOUR DEBATE - Mr. McCarthy asked unanimous consent that the order of the House of January 3, 2017, providing for morning-hour debate be extended for the remainder of the 115th Congress, except that H. Res. 679 shall supplant H. Res. 9. Agreed to without objection.

The Speaker designated the Honorable Alexander X. Mooney, the Honorable Michael K. Simpson, the Honorable Paul Mitchell, the Honorable Larry Bucshon, the Honorable Jodey C.
