An amendment, offered by Mr. Rouda, numbered 8 printed in Part F of House Report 116-200 to require the Department of Commerce to complete an economic impact study and assessment of potential damage related to offshore oil drilling, including tourism, commercial fishing, recreational fishing, boating, transportation, and other waterfront-related and coastal-related business.
