DEBATE - Pursuant to the provisions of H. Res. 629, the Committee of the Whole proceeded with 10 minutes of debate on the Huizenga amendment No. 1.

An amendment, offered by Mr. Huizenga, numbered 1 printed in Part C of House Report 116-237 to exempt issuers from making these disclosures if they are required to make a CEO pay ratio disclosure or disclosures relating to conflict minerals.
