UFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was on passage of H.J. Res. 67, H.J. Res. 66, and H.J. Res. 42, which were debated earlier and on which further proceedings had been postponed.

The House convened, returning from a recess continuing the legislative day of February 15.
