UNFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was on H.R. 428, which had been debated earlier and on which further proceedings had been postponed.

POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on H.R. 428, the Chair put the question on adoption of the bill and by voice vote, announced that the ayes had prevailed. Ms. Hanabusa demanded the yeas and nays, and the Chair postponed further proceedings on adoption of the bill until later in the legislative day.
