UNFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was on motions to suspend the rules, which were debated earlier and on which further proceedings had been postponed.

The House convened, returning from a recess continuing the legislative day of April 24.

The House received a communication from the Honorable Paul Mitchell. Mr. Mitchell submitted his resignation from the Committee on Education and the Workforce. The resignation was accepted without objection.

The Speaker announced that the House do now recess. The next meeting is scheduled for 6:30 P.M. today.
