An amendment, offered by Mr. Collins (NY), numbered 1 printed in Part B of House Report 115-711 to increase funding for Army Corps Investigations account by $1.2 million, for a total of $129.2 million, offset by a reduction of $1.2 million in the Army Corps Expenses account.
