The instructions contained in the motion seek to require the bill to be reported back to the House with an amendment to increase the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence Salaries and Expenses account by $2 million and to decrease the General Services Administration Real Property Activities Federal Buildings Fund by a similar amount.
