DEBATE - Pursuant to the provisions of H. Res. 713, the Committee of the Whole proceeded with 10 minutes of debate on the Green (TX) amendment No. 6.

An amendment, offered by Mr. Green, Al (TX), numbered 6 printed in Part B of House Report 116-302 to require the Secretary of Labor to provide an annual report to Congress that would include statistics and a summary from the annual report submitted to the Secretary by employers.
