OATH OF OFFICE - Representative-Elect Ron Estes, Fourth District, State of Kansas, presented himself in the well of the House to take the Oath of Office administered by the Speaker of the House.

The House received a message from the Clerk. The Clerk transmitted to the House a copy of a letter from the Honorable Kris W. Kobach, Secretary of State of Kansas, indicating that, at the Special Election held on April 11, 2017, the Honorable Ron Estes was elected Representative to Congress for the Fourth Congressional District, State of Kansas.
