UNFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was the question on ordering the previous question on H. Res. 765, which had been debated earlier and on which further proceedings had been postponed.

The Speaker announced that the House do now recess. The next meeting is subject to the call of the Chair.

POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At conclusion of debate on H. Res. 765, the Chair put the question on ordering the previous question and by voice vote, announced the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Cole demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings until later in the legislative day.

DEBATE - The House proceeded with one hour of debate on H. Res. 765.

Considered as privileged matter. H. Res. 765 — "Providing for consideration of the Senate amendment to the bill (H.R. 1158) to authorize cyber incident response teams at the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the Senate amendment to the bill (H.R. 1865) to require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint a coin in commemoration of the opening of the National Law Enforcement Museum in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes; and providing for the adoption of the resolution (H. Res. 761) permitting individuals to be admitted to the Hall of the House in order to obtain footage of the House in session for inclusion in the orientation film to be shown to visitors at the Capitol Visitor Center."

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Chair designated Mr. Morelle to lead the Members in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

SPEAKER'S APPROVAL OF THE JOURNAL - Pursuant to section 7(a) of H. Res. 758, the Journal of the last day's proceedings was approved.
