Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 23, 2019, at 10:10 a.m.: That the Senate passed S. 221, S. 439, S. 1029, S. 1309, S. 1434, S. 1608, S. 2096, S. 3147; that the Senate passed H.R. 1424, H.R. 2385, and H.R. 2476 without amendment; and that the Senate passed H.R. 550 with an amendment.
