Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on March 1, 2018, at 10:59 a.m.: that the Senate agreed to S.J. Res. 53 and H.Con Res. 106 and that the Senate passed H.R. 535, without amendment and H.R. 1625, with amendment.
