UNFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was the question on passage of H.R. 2152, and adoption of the motion to recommit and passage of H.R. 5645, all of which had been debated earlier and on which further proceedings had been postponed.

H.R. 2152 — "To require States and units of local government receiving funds under grant programs operated by the Department of Justice, which use such funds for pretrial services programs, to submit to the Attorney General a report relating to such program, and for other purposes."

The House convened, returning from a recess continuing the legislative day of May 9.

Mr. Goodlatte demanded the yeas and nays, and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the question of passage until later in the legislative day.
