National Council on the Arts - Pursuant to the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 955(b)), and the order of the House of January 3, 2017, the Speaker appointed the following member of the House to the National Council on the Arts: Mr. Thompson of Pennsylvania.

Commission on Social Impact Partnerships - Pursuant to section 50802 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018(Public Law 115-123), and the order of the House of January 3, 2017, the Speaker appointed Dr. James Sullivan, South Bend, IN.

The House received a communication from Fiona de Young, Constituent Services, Representative McSally. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Ms. de Young notified the House that she had been served with a subpoena for testimony, issued by the Superior Court of Arizona in and for the County of Cochise, and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, she had determined that compliance with the subpoena was consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.

The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on June 29, 2018, at 3:52 p.m.: That the Senate passed H.R. 2, with an amendment and H.R. 1029, with amendments.
