House resolved itself into the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union pursuant to H. Res. 989 and Rule XVIII.

Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 6237 with 1 hour of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit with or without instructions. Measure will be considered read. Specified amendments are in order.

Considered under the provisions of rule H. Res. 989. H.R. 6237 — "To authorize appropriations for fiscal years 2018 and 2019 for intelligence and intelligence-related activities of the United States Government, the Community Management Account, and the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System, and for other purposes."
