POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on the conference report to accompany H.R. 2, the Chair put the question on agreeing to the conference report, and announced that the ayes had prevailed by voice vote. Mr. Conaway demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the question of agreeing to the conference report until a time to be announced.
