Mr. Mast moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill. H.R. 7329 — "To make technical corrections to provisions of law enacted by the Frank LoBiondo Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2018, and for other purposes."

Mr. Mast moved to suspend the rules and agree to the resolution. H. Res. 1063 — "Designating room H-226 of the United States Capitol as the "Lincoln Room"."

The Speaker announced that votes on suspensions, if ordered, will be postponed until a time to be announced.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Chair designated Mr. Duncan of TN to lead the Members in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

SPEAKER'S APPROVAL OF THE JOURNAL - The Chair announced that he had examined the Journal of the last day's proceedings and had approved it. Mr. Mast demanded that the question be put on agreeing to the Speaker's approval of the Journal and by voice vote, the Chair announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Mast objected to the voice vote based upon the absence of a quorum and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the question of the Speaker's approval of the Journal until later in the legislative day.
