Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence - Pursuant to clause 11 of rule 10, clause 11 of rule 1, and the order of the House of January 3, 2019, the Speaker appointed the following members of the House to the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence: Mr. Schiff (Chairman) and Mr. Nunes.

COMMITTEE TO REPORT - Mr. Hoyer notified the House that the Committee appointed on the part of the House to join a like committee on the part of the Senate to notify the President of the United States that a quorum of each House has been assembled and is ready to receive any communication that he may be pleased to make has performed that duty.

EXTENSIONS OF REMARKS - Mr. Hoyer asked unanimous consent that during the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress, all Members may be permitted to extend their remarks and to include extraneous material within the permitted limit in that section of the record entitled Extensions of Remarks.
