United States Holocaust Memorial Council - Pursuant to 36 U.S.C. 2302, and the order of the House of January 3, 2019, the Speaker appointed the following members of the House to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council: Mr. Zeldin and Mr. Kustoff of Tennessee.

POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on H. Res. 208, the Chair put the question on agreeing to the resolution and by voice vote, announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Woodall demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings until later in the legislative day.

Ms. Waters moved to suspend the rules and agree to the resolution, as amended. H. Res. 206 — "Acknowledging that the lack of sunlight and transparency in financial transactions and corporate formation poses a threat to our national security and our economy's security and supporting efforts to close related loopholes."

The Speaker announced that votes on suspensions, if ordered, will be postponed until a time to be announced.
