Pursuant to section 3307 of Title 40, United States Code, Mr. DeFazio notified the House that on May 8, 2019, the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure met in open session to consider twenty resolutions included in the General Services Administration's Capital Investment and Leasing Programs. Copies of the resolutions adopted by the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure were enclosed. Referred to Appropriations and ordered printed.

DEBATE - The House proceeded with 10 minutes of debate on the Walden motion to recommit with instructions. The instructions contained in the motion seek to require the bill to be reported back to the House with an amendment to prohibit the Secretary of HHS to waive protections for individuals with preexisting conditions, including guaranteed availablity and renewability of health insurance, the prohibition on using health status to vary premiums, and the prohibition on preexisting conditions exclusions.

Mr. Walden moved to recommit with instructions to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
