An amendment, offered by Mrs. Dingell, numbered 440 printed in Part B of House Report 116-143 to require the Administrator of the EPA to designate all per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances as hazardous substances under section 102(a) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Commpensation, and Liability Act of 1980.

POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on the Malinowski amendment, the Chair put the question on adoption of the amendment and by voice vote, announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mrs. Wagner demanded a recorded vote and the Chair postponed further proceedings until a time to be announced.

An amendment, offered by Mr. Malinowski, numbered 438 printed in Part B of House Report 116-143 to provide for a one-year prohibition on the sale of air-to-ground munitions used in the conflict in Yemen to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, while providing an exemption for any export or license suspensions that would incur a cost to the United States Government.

An amendment, offered by Mr. Thompson (MS), numbered 437 printed in Part B of House Report 116-143 to prohibit DoD funding to house any foreign nationals who are in the custody of and detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The House resolved into Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union for further consideration.

Considered as unfinished business. H.R. 2500 — "To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2020 for military activities of the Department of Defense and for military construction, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes."
