Mr. Thompson (PA) moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill, as amended. H.R. 2353 — "To reauthorize the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006."

The Speaker announced that votes on suspensions, if ordered, will be postponed until a time to be announced.
