Mr. Walden moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill, as amended. H.R. 2430 — "To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to revise and extend the user-fee programs for prescription drugs, medical devices, generic drugs, and biosimilar biological products, and for other purposes."

The Speaker announced that votes on suspensions, if ordered, will be postponed until a time to be announced.

Mr. Polis demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the question of ordering the previous question until later in the legislative day.
