The Speaker laid before the House a message from the President transmitting a notification of rescissions of budget authority totaling $15.4 billion made in accordance with section 1012 of the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 (2 U.S.C. 683) - referred to the Committee on Appropriations and ordered to be printed (H. Doc. 115-117).
