Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on September 7, 2018 at 1:36 p.m.: That the Senate passed S. 1417, S. 1586, H.R. 302, as amended, and H.R. 6124. The Senate also agrees to Conference with the House of Representatives on H.R. 6147 and H.R. 6157.
