The House received a communication from the Honorable Bill Shuster, Chairman. Pursuant to section 3307 of Title 40, United States Code, Mr. Shuster notified the House that the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure met in open session to consider four resolutions included in the General Services Administration's Capital Investment and Leasing Programs. Copies of the resolutions adopted by the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure are enclosed. Referred to Appropriations and ordered printed.

The Chair announced that without objection, when the House adjourns on Monday, December 17, 2018, it shall adjourn to meet on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, when it shall meet at noon for morning hour debate and 2:00 p.m. for legislative business.

Syria Study Group - Pursuant to section 1501(c) of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (Public Law115-254), the Democratic Leader appointed Ms. Anne W. Patterson of Falls Church, Virginia.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Chair led the House in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
