An amendment, offered by Mr. Malinowski, numbered 438 printed in Part B of House Report 116-143 to provide for a one-year prohibition on the sale of air-to-ground munitions used in the conflict in Yemen to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, while providing an exemption for any export or license suspensions that would incur a cost to the United States Government.

An amendment, offered by Mr. Thompson (MS), numbered 437 printed in Part B of House Report 116-143 to prohibit DoD funding to house any foreign nationals who are in the custody of and detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The House resolved into Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union for further consideration.

Considered as unfinished business. H.R. 2500 — "To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2020 for military activities of the Department of Defense and for military construction, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes."
