Appointments: Board of Visitors of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and Board of Visitors of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

The Speaker announced that the House do now adjourn pursuant to section 4(b) of H. Res. 656. The next meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on November 12, 2019.

Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence - Pursuant to clause 11 of rule 10, clause 11 of rule 1, and the order of the House of January 3, 2019, the Speaker appointed the following member of the House to the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence: Mr. Jordan.
