Mr. McClintock moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill. H.R. 88 — "To modify the boundary of the Shiloh National Military Park located in Tennessee and Mississippi, to establish Parker's Crossroads Battlefield as an affiliated area of the National Park System, and for other purposes."

The Speaker announced that votes on suspensions, if ordered, will be postponed until a time to be announced.

The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on February 24, 2017 at 9:54 a.m.: That the Senate passed S. 442.

The Board of Trustees of the American Folklife Center, Library of Congress - Pursuant to 20 U.S.C. 2103(b), and the order of the House of January 3, 2017, the Speaker appointed Ms. Amy Kitchener of Fresno, California.
