Considered as privileged matter. H. Res. 230 — "Providing for consideration of the joint resolution (S.J. Res. 34) providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Federal Communications Commission relating to "Protecting the Privacy of Customers of Broadband and Other Telecommunications Services"."

Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on March 28, 2017, at 9:14 a.m.: that the Senate passed S.J. Res. 30, S.J. Res. 35, S.J. Res. 36 and appointment: Congressional-Executive Commission on People's Republic of China.

Considered as privileged matter. H. Res. 229 — "Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1430) to prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency from proposing, finalizing, or disseminating regulations or assessments based upon science that is not transparent or reproducible."
