An amendment, offered by Ms. Speier, numbered 8 printed in House Report 116-289 to clarify that the Bank's activities to support exports in energy efficiency technologies shall include activities to support exports in electric battery vehicles, batteries for electric vehicles, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
