NOTICE OF INTENT TO OFFER A PRIVILEGE RESOLUTION - Mr. Cicilline notified the House of his intent to rise to a question of the privileges of the House and to offer a resolution. Mr. Cicilline was recognized to notice the form of his proposed resolution.
