POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - At the conclusion of debate on the Conference Report to accompany H.R. 2810, the Chair put the question on agreeing to the Conference Report and by voice vote, announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Thornberry demanded the yeas and nays and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the Conference Report until later in the legislative day.
