Mr. Doyle, Michael F. moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill, as amended. H.R. 5035 — "To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to extend expiring provisions relating to the retransmission of signals of television broadcast stations, and for other purposes."

The Speaker announced that votes on suspensions, if ordered, will be postponed until a time to be announced.
